Police in Versailles are conducting a murder-suicide investigation.

Investigators say two people were shot at a residence on Dunroven Road early Sunday morning. Officers found Katherine Coomer, 28, and her husband Eric Coomer, 26, both dead inside.

Police say Eric Coomer's father told investigators he heard a shot, then witnessed his son shoot himself. One of the couple's two children was inside the home at the time of the shootings, but was not injured.
