State Police said John Haddix lost control of a 50cc Honda motorcycle in the westbound lane of Sky Bridge Road near Campton on Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators said Haddix went off the right shoulder of the road and hit a tree.
State Police said he was not wearing a helmet.
Haddix reportedly suffered head and neck injuries.
He was airlifted to U.K. Hospital where State Police said he was listed in stable condition.
The accident is still under investigation.
