The mother charged with killing her 22-month-old daughter was sentenced Wednesday, but won't spend much time in jail.

Jessica Charles is sentenced to 3 years in jail after a plea deal for the death of her Danika Charles. Charles is getting credit for time served, which is two and a half years, and also for good behavior. Charles and her family have maintained her innocence in Danika's death, blaming it on a man who was at her home.
