Mother And Children Escape Burning Home

A mother and her children made it out of their burning home in Scott County.

The fire broke out this morning around 3:00 in the 1200 block of Burton Pike in Sadieville.

Firefighters say the trailer was fully engulfed when they arrived.

A woman and her two children got out of the burning home.

The woman was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation but the children were fine.

No word yet on the cause of the fire.
