It's a busy weekend on UK's campus, as thousands students return to school and move into their dorms.

More than five thousand students have been unloading their belongings into their new homes.

On Friday alone more than 2,200 underclassman and their families filled the campus residence halls settling in.

For many of those students this is their first not living under mom and dad's roof.

Those that have already done this move say the trick is to only bring the essentials.
