Montgomery County Sheriff 'Confident' Body Found is Missing Winchester Woman

Montgomery County Sheriff Fred Shortridge says he's 'confident' the body found on a farm outside of Mt. Sterling is Kyla Kline.

Kline was reported missing back on July 3rd.

Sheriff Shortridge says they've also arrested 39 year-old Lonnie Martin in connection to this case.

Shortridge says they believe Martin was the last person to see Kline. He says Martin had driven Kline out to the farm the day she disappeared.

Family said the 25 year-old Kline was last seen going for a walk to see her children.

Shortridge said they could not give a '100%' confirmation the body was Kline, because they had to wait on a state medical team to ID the body. He says the confirmation should come in the next 24 to 48 hours.

The sheriff did say the clothing on the body did match that worn by Kline the day she was last seen, and that they had searched the farm before when they found out Martin had driven Kline to the area.
