Montgomery County Man Accused Of Killing City Commissioner

A Montgomery County man remained in jail Friday night on $750,000 bond, accused of killing a longtime Jeffersonville City Commissioner.

Police said Joseph Julian, 48, rammed his truck into David Ballard, 51, Thursday night following an argument.

Investigators said Julian used his truck to pin Ballard against a building, killing him.

Ballard was a city commissioner for more than two decades.
