A mistrial was declared Thursday in the Lisa Gilliam murder trial in Laurel County.
Court officials said jurors couldn't reach a verdict in the case.
Lisa Gilliam is accused of gunning down her husband, Larry Gilliam, in his London law office in January 2011.
Lisa Gilliam has maintained her innocence throughout.
She said her husband shot himself while she was in another part of his law office.
Court officials said a pretrial hearing for the retrial is scheduled for October 19, 2012.
