Police say a missing Lexington woman is safe and back home.

Investigators say 63-year-old Judy Jurgensen walked away from Central Baptist Hospital just after noon Wednesday.

There were concerns that she was unable to take care of herself and could suffer in the cold.

Police say Jurgensen had left a note at her home saying that she was going to visit her daughter in Louisville.

Officers say Jurgensen did go to Louisville, then returned to Lexington.
