Minority Business Expo Set For August 1st and 2nd

The 11th annual Lexington Bluegrass Area Minority Business Expo is scheduled for August 1st and 2nd and the Lexington Convention Center.

The event will feature women and minority business owners exhibiting their goods and services, networking, and speaking.

The keynote speaker will be Dr. Farrah Gray, an entrepreneur and bestselling author who became a millionaire at the age of 14.

Charla Young, a former Lexington TV anchor who now owns her own marketing business and hosts her own talk show will also speak.

Breakout session topics will include: basic business tactics, finding new markets online, and federal contracts, and there will be a panel discussion on choosing success.
