Paris Police have arrested a man and woman for allegedly making meth in makeshift camp behind a business in Paris.

Donavan J. Graves, 41, of Florida and Robin W. Emanuel, 39, were charged with manufacturing meth in the first degree.

The McDonald's/Circle K business is located on Matlack Drive.

Police received an anonymous tip about the two. Authorities say they found precursors for making meth and what they believed to be the finished product.

Police say the suspects told them they were camped out for about a week.

Both are in custody at the Bourbon County Jail.
