Marty Roe Ruled Competent To Stand Trial

A judge says Marry Roe is competent to stand trial.

Roe is accused of shooting dermatologist Dr. Martha Post to death, outside her Lexington office in September of 2011.

Roe's trial is scheduled to start January 22nd.

Roe is eligible for the death penalty.
