The Boyle County Sheriff said his office learned of a possible marijuana field after people complained of being confronted by armed men when anyone walked near or into the field.
The Sheriff said a search by air uncovered a field with 250 pot plants growing in it worth an estimated $750,000 on the street.
The Sheriff said no one was in or around the field when it was discovered.
No arrests have been made.
