State Police said Friday that a tip led them to a Clay County home that resulted in a pot bust.

Investigators said Robert C. Reid, 57, of Manchester, gave Troopers permission to search his home where they said they found nearly a pound of processed marijuana, a set of scales, $600 cash and five pot plants growing outside the house.

State Police said Reid was charged with Cultivating Marijuana and Trafficking in Marijuana.

He was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
