A man who forced the lockdown of a Versailles neighborhood was caught late Thursday night.
Versailles police confirmed they took William Lloyd into custody after he returned to his home on Quail Run Road in the Stonegate Subdivision just before 11 p.m.
Earlier in the day, police said the Bluegrass hospital called them to say that Lloyd had threatened to harm himself then left the hospital.
When police called him at his home, they said he threatened them
Officers went to his home and locked down the subdivision.
They said the SWAT team eventually sent a robot into the home but once they were inside, they found out Lloyd wasn't there.
Police said officers waited outside the home and, when Lloyd returned, they arrested him.
