People in Lexington might remember Gary Thompson.  He's the man who admitted exaggerating his disabilities while panhandling in the city.

He's back in the news.

Police in Glasgow, Kentucky said they went to the Happy Valley Inn on Saturday.

Investigators said they found Thompson screaming at people after breaking a window.

Police said he was charged with Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct.
