Man Wanted for Murder in Lexington Arrested in Michigan

A man who had a murder arrest warrant against him stemming from a shooting in February is now in jail in Detroit.

22-year-old Jayronn Nickerson was wanted for allegedly shooting a man in a strip mall parking lot on Lima Drive.

The victim, Vincnezio Happy, was taken to UK Hospital, where he died.

Nickerson is currently being held in the Wayne County Jail in Michigan.
