A murder suspect surrendered to Lexington Police.
Lexington Police said Brandon Bailey, 28, turned himself in Monday morning.
Investigators said Bailey is accused of shooting and killing a 22-year old man on December 1, 2012.
Police said the victim was found shot on the ground near an apartment complex on Cambridge Drive.
That man later died at UK hospital.
