Man To Appear In Court After Infant’s Death

A man is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow after Lexington Police said he admitted to killing his one-month-old baby.

According to a police report, Caz Garrett Hazuga was arrested and charged with murder on Friday.

That report stated Hazuga admitted to intentionally striking the baby’s head on the kitchen counter multiple times.

The incident happened Thursday night on Henton Road.

The coroner said the 29-day-old baby was found unresponsive in the home. He was taken to St. Joseph Hospital where he died.
