Police say a man forced his way into a home in Elliott County, and ended up being stabbed to death.
State police say Edward Crowley broke into a home, early Christmas morning, and ended up fighting the man who lived there. Police say that man stabbed Crowley. The Daily Independent says it appears to be a case of self-defense.
No arrests have been made. The Elliott County grand jury will hear the case.
