Man Shot Outside Gas Station In Lexington

Lexington Police said a man was shot in the leg in broad daylight Monday afternoon as he walked by a Marathon Gas Station on Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Police said the victim was taken to U.K. Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The victim's name wasn't released.

Police said they took two suspects into custody shortly after the shooting.  Their names were not released.

The case is still under investigation.
