A man was taken to the hospital early Monday morning after being shot in the leg at an apartment in Lexington.
Police said it happened just after 4 a.m. at the Westminster Village Apartments off Versailles Road.
They said the victim left the apartment after being shot.
He was stopped while walking down the road and taken to the hospital.
Police said his injury is not life-threatening.
Police have not yet charged anyone with the shooting.
