Man Shot During Home Invasion In Versailles

A man was shot during a home invasion this morning just after 5 a.m.

According to the Versailles Police Department someone entered through the back door of the victim’s home and shot him.

The home invasion happened on Dale Ave in Versailles.

Police say the victim was taken to UK Hospital where he is currently in surgery.

The suspect has not been located. Crime scene units are still on scene investigating.
