In August a jury found Marty Roe guilty of murder.

He was found guilty to shooting doctor Martha Post outside her office in September of 2011.

Today a judge sentenced Roe to life in prison.

Marty Roe is eligible for parole after he serves 85 percent of his sentence.

And what would 85% of a life in prison sentence be? I wish it would be 85 to 100 years for taking the life of a wonderful person who gave so much while she was alive.
