Kentucky State Police in Morehead was notified by Rowan County Dispatch of an injury accident that occurred on Interstate 64 at the 133 westbound on-ramp.

Gereral J. Quillen, 18, of Wolfe County was operating a 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier westbound on I-64, when he veered off the right hand side traveling into the ditch. Police say that caused the vehicle to overturn several times.

Quillen was ejected from the sunroof and airlifted from the scene to the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
