A grand jury indicted a second man in connection to the murder of a Lexington teenager Monday morning.

Lexington Police say Dominique Godfrey, 21, was indicted for murder charges in the death of Chaz Black, 16.

He also faces robbery and assault charges.

Police took Godfrey into custody on Friday.

A grand jury already indicted Deionta Hayes, 21, on murder charges in connection to Black's death back in March.

Two others suffered injuries in the robbery and shooting.
