Man Hit & Killed By Train In Lexington

Lexington police say a train hit and killed a man Sunday night.

Officers say the Norfolk-Southern train hit someone around 9:30 near Georgetown and Mercer roads.

The coroner is on the way to help identify the man.

Police say it's not clear yet why he was on the tracks.
