 Police said a would-be burglar didn't have much time to carry out his crime.
 An alarm went off at Third Street Liquor just after 11:30 p.m..
 Police arrived to find a plywood door had been removed and realized someone was still inside.
 They went in and said they found Calinte McCrary, 18, who gave himself up.
 McCrary was arrested and charged with burglary.
