Lexington Police said a man, who appeared to be intoxicated, drove a van into a business Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators said around 1:45 p.m., a man drove a van into the Climate Control Corporation building on Big Run Road in Lexington.
Police said the driver suffered minor injuries. He was taken to U.K. Hospital.
His name wasn't released.
