The Laurel County Sheriff's Department says a man has died after a crash on KY 472 Monday afternoon.
Police say William Wells, 64, of Manchester, was driving his Chevy pickup truck just east of London when one of his tires dropped off the roadway.
Officials say it was then that he lost control. His truck went off the road, eventually turning on its side.
Wells died at the scene. Police say he was not wearing his seat belt.
