State Police said a man died after an ATV crash in Clay County.

Troopers said Glenn Hoskins, 44, of Manchester, lost control of his all-terrain vehicle on KY 472 around 10:30 p.m. on Christmas Day.

According to police, the ATV flipped and Hoskins was thrown from it.

They said Hoskins was taken to UK Hospital for treatment.

The Fayette County Coroner said Hoskins died from his injuries on Thursday.

Troopers said he wasn’t wearing a helmet at the time of the collision and alcohol is suspected to be a factor.
