Man Dead, Firefighter Injured In Fire

        A man is dead and a firefighter hurt after a house fire in Paintsville. Kentucky State Police say they went to Short Street, just after midnight, and found 46-year-old John Meade inside that house. He was sent to a hospital but died there. Police say a Paintsville Firefighter was hurt fighting the fire. He was sent to a hospital in West Virginia where he is now in the ICU. Police are still investigating the fire.
