Lexington Police said a 37-year old woman, who works at 'Fillies Gentleman's Club' on Winchester Road, fainted at the club Thursday evening as the result of a pre-existing medical condition.

Investigators said there is surveillance video of Clyde Sexton, 71, of Lexington, performing explicit sexual acts on the woman while she was unconscious, instead of trying to get her medical help.

Investigators said paramedics weren't called until the woman had been passed out for about a half-hour and that she had no pulse when help arrived.

The woman is reportedly on life-support in critical condition at U.K. Hospital.

Police said Sexton works with the woman at the strip club, which was closed at the time of the reported sexual assault.

Police have not said what jobs the two held at the club.

Sexton was lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.

Lexington Police continue to investigate.
