Man Charged After Shooting, Burglary

Jordan Miller, 20, has been arrested in Jessamine County.
One man has been arrested and charges are pending against another, following a shooting and burglary in Jessamine County.

Police have arrested Jordan Miller, 20, charging him with third degree burglary following a shooting at 1045 Fort Bramlett Road.

Travis Deatherage was shot, and police say charges are pending against him; a juvenile is also a suspect. No information has been released about the juvenile.

A neighbor says a car was driven at him, so he fired at it. Police say Miller and Deatherage were in the car, and one shot hit the windshield and struck Deatherage.

The Garrard County Sheriff's Department pulled the car over on U.S. 27. Deatherage was taken to UK Hospital.
