Police arrest a man a week after the murder of a former Mayor.

Ronnie King was shot to death last Monday in Evarts, in Harlan County.

King was once the Mayor of Evarts.

The State Police 'Special Response Team' arrested 29-year-old Shelby Shell Monday in Berea.

Shell is now accused of murder.
