Police accuse a man of stealing from a West Liberty tornado victim.
A state trooper says he found and searched a vehicle in Morgan County and found stolen scrap metal and other property.
Police say the items belong to a victim of the March 2nd tornadoes.
47-year-old Steven Little of Wellington is now accused of theft.
