Richmond police have arrested a man and accused him of sex crimes with a minor.
Police charged Kenneth A. Fisher, 51, with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
The investigation into Fisher’s activities was initiated in February 2012 and a search of his residence in early March produced a computer.
Police say the computer and several related storage devices contained numerous images of minors engaged in sexual performances or posing nude.
Fisher was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
