A Richmond man now faces a manslaughter charge after a deadly crash.

A crash at Lancaster Avenue and the Richmond Bypass on Friday injured Nick King, the passenger in a car. King then died Sunday.

Police say there's evidence the driver -- Waydell Foster, Junior -- was under the influence at the time. So he's now charged with manslaughter in King's death.

Neither Foster, nor the driver of the other vehicle, was hurt.
