A man accused of killing a Russell County jogger and her unborn child pled not guilty in court Tuesday.

Police say Christopher Allman killed Sarah Hart June 14th.

Allman is accused of her murder and fetal homicide, since Hart was pregnant at the time.

Allman is due back in court August 28th.
