Man Accused Of Assaulting 4-Year-Old

A man is arrested in Richmond, accused of assaulting a four-year-old in his care.

David Gregory, 29, is charged with fourth degree assault and third degree criminal abuse.

The father of the child told police he noticed bruising on the child's face shortly after picking the child up from Gregory's home.

Police say it is believed the child had been kicked.
