The Madison County Deputy Jailer has been charged with Official Misconduct following the arrest of his son in 2012, according to the attorney general.

The indictment is the result of an investigation of Wynn beginning in September 2012, after a complaint from the Fayette County Attorney's Office. Wynn allegedly failed to exercise his official duties following the arrest of his son Jonathon L. Wynn, on Fayette County Charges.

An investigation of Jamie Wynn by the Fayette County Attorney's Office is ongoing.
