MSU Looks at Remote Access to Medicine

Morehead State University hosted a RAM ("Remote Area Medical,") conference to discuss access to medicine in remote eastern Kentucky areas.
Access to proper medical care was on the agenda in eastern Kentucky today.

Dozens of Morehead State University officials, along with area doctors and nurses, gathered to host a RAM ("Remote Area Medical,") conference.

The University is partnering with the group to bring much needed free medical care into the region.

RAM founder and president Stan Brock anticipates making a big impact by working alongside MSU.

The group toured a potential RAM clinic site at Rowan County Middle School earlier this afternoon.
