Louisville Man Accused of Exploiting Elderly Franklin Co. Woman

According to the Franklin County Sheriff, a Louisville man charged an elderly woman $6,000 to do a 10-minute roofing job in Franklin County.

Officers arrested Lawrence Williamson, 59, Wednesday afternoon and charged him with knowingly exploiting an adult.

The Sheriff's Office said several other people have reported being approached by Williamson as well.

He is being held at the Franklin County Detention Center on an $11,000 full cash bond.
