KY Native Loretta Lynn Receives Presidential Medal Of Freedom

Kentucky native Loretta Lynn now has the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Lynn was one of 16 people receiving the award from President Obama Wednesday at the White House.

Lynn is no stranger to awards.

The President pointed out that she won 17 blue ribbons for her canned vegetables before she became a famous country singer.
