Police accuse a man of stealing a Dodge Neon.  But, there's much more to this story.

Richmond Police said they tried to pull over the car Tuesday morning, but that the driver drove off and led police on a chase with speeds topping 80 miles per hour.

Police said when the car hit a fence during the chase, the driver tried to run.

Police arrested Ernie Bratcher, 26, of London.

Investigators said they found burglary tools with Bratcher.

He faces numerous charges ranging from speeding and reckless driving to receiving stolen property.
