A new state law says local governments cannot pass laws that regulate guns.

Instead, that power is left to the state.

The change comes as some Kentucky gun stores saw a spike in business right after President Obama laid out his plans for federal gun control.

About 50 gun control groups and labor unions are planning a state-by-state campaign to convince key lawmakers to back the President’s plans.

I guess if local gov can't do it then the Block Leaders can do it.That would make a interesting Block party. One brings the guns the other the booze. In the end something a lot worst than Sandy Hook when arguments over what color of socks someone has on.Housing associations probably need to get involved too.'Little Angel Valley' no guns and 'Those in My Cold Dead Hand Valley' guns.
