A man found dead last May in Lincoln County was killed, according to the coroner.
The body of Clint Disken was discovered in a barn.
He had been declared missing.
Disken's mother called police after his ex-roommate, Thomas Hager Jr. was accused of murder in Boyle County.
The Lincoln County coroner has ruled Disken's death a homicide but investigators are not saying how he died.
