The case of a woman accused of double murder was waived to a grand jury Wednesday.

Lillie Stanton, 48, is accused of killing her daughter Danel Korrey Stanton, 23, and her granddaughter, Kaydence Ray Miers, 22-months, back in May.

Her case was waived to a grand jury Wednesday morning, according to the county attorney.

Officials say Stanton told police she decided to kill her family members because she was afraid that her granddaughter's father would gain more visitation time.

Her next court date has not yet been set.
