Light Rain Moving In

Scattered light rain showers have moved into Kentucky. Some areas could see a wet Monday morning commute.
Update: Rain showers have crossed the TN/KY border and continue to slowly push northeast. By morning, the Bluegrass could be seeing a few of these light showers. It still looks like everyone will dry out by mid-afternoon Monday.

Meteorologist Michael Estime will have the latest on your Christmas week forecast on Good Morning Kentucky starting at 5 a.m. Monday.

Clouds have moved into the region and will stay with us through tomorrow. Scattered light rain will begin this evening and will continue for some through late Monday morning. Morning lows will be in the upper 30s.

As we head into Christmas Eve afternoon, rain should be on its way out. Highs will be in the upper 40's with mostly cloudy skies. Once we dry out Monday afternoon, we will stay dry Monday night into Tuesday morning as temps drop down into the mid 30s.

Christmas will stay dry with a small amount of sunshine and afternoon highs around the low 40s.

A mix of rain and snow is still on the way for Wednesday.
