Grandmother Looking for Grandson's Killer

Grandmother Looking for Grandson's Killer

Family offers reward for information leading to arrest and conviction of person who shot and killed Lexington man.
3-year-old Sean will never know his father, Rocardo cole or Tezzy, as he's known by his loved ones.  That's because he was shot to death outside of the Camelot West Club on Alexandria Drive on December 18th 2010.  The case has since gone cold and Lexington Police are still searching for his killer.  Cole's family says they don't know why anyone would've wanted to hurt him.

"This whole year has gone by and I still, everytime I think about it.  I just can't imagine someone having enough anger or animosity toward him because he just wasn't a violent type or argumentative type of person," explains Ella Cole, Tezzy's grandmother.

And Cole's grandmother believes someone must have seen something here in this parking lot the night he was killed and she's pleading with them to come forward, "I'm convinced somebody somewhere knows something and I just pray everyday that God will guide their conscience to come forth."

The family is now offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of his killer.  Even though it won't bring Tezzy back, it will give the family some closure.

"I'm not saying that I would feel 100% better but just to know that whoever was responsible for that was receiving their just due," says Ella.

If you have any information, call Lexington Police.
